In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ys999" refers to the online casino platform accessible at ys999.pro, including all its services, games, promotions, and software.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who has registered a ys999 account or who accesses the ys999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal ys999 account created upon registration, associated with a unique username, password, and PKR wallet.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR amount held in your ys999 account wallet, comprising real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts as separately itemised.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any PKR amount credited to your account as part of a ys999 promotion, welcome offer, cashback programme, or VIP reward that is subject to wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the ys999 website, mobile web interface, game lobby, payment system, and any related tools or applications operated by ys999.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole transaction currency on ys999.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all schedules, referenced policies, and any future amendments.

By accessing the ys999 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ys999 and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the ys999 platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of ys999 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain a ys999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of ys999.
• You are accessing ys999 voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ys999 employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or had an account closed by ys999 for any reason.
• Your use of ys999 does not violate any law applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction.

Each player may register exactly one ys999 account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ys999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ys999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach is attributable to your failure to keep login details secure.

• You must notify ys999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via the support contact provided in Section 16.
• ys999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account without giving reasons, at its sole discretion.
• Account names and profile details may not contain offensive, misleading, or impersonating content.
• Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

All deposits to and withdrawals from ys999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern financial transactions on the ys999 platform:

• Deposits are credited to your ys999 wallet promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Raast, SadaPay).
• ys999 does not apply fees on standard PKR deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ys999's control.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ys999 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed in your ys999 account dashboard and may be updated by ys999 at any time.
• ys999 processes withdrawal requests within the time frames stated in the cashier section of your account. Processing times vary by payment method.
• ys999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

ys999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all ys999 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have a verified, active ys999 account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms specifically permit multiple claims.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.
• ys999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.
• Certain game types (including, but not limited to, live dealer games and jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

All games offered on the ys999 platform are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

ys999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable game types. This technology ensures that every spin, hand, roll, and outcome is statistically random and independent of all previous results. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party testing.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent the theoretical long-run average return. Individual session results will vary significantly from published RTP figures.
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error that causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the round is considered void and all stakes for that round are returned to the players' accounts.
• ys999 reserves the right to void bets that were placed using exploits, software bugs, or erroneous odds or paytable displays.
• Live dealer game results are final once the relevant game host has announced the outcome. Technical errors affecting the stream do not automatically void a game round; each case is assessed individually.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ys999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account at ys999.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the ys999 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using any automated betting tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence software to place wagers on ys999.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider.
• Accessing your ys999 account or using the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or scraping any part of the ys999 platform or game software.

ys999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Initiation of a payment chargeback not attributable to ys999 error.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the ys999 Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from prohibited activity — including bonus funds and winnings generated through abuse — will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method after all investigations are concluded.

ys999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The ys999 platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It is not, and should not be used as, a source of income or a way to address financial difficulties.

ys999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from the account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a set session duration.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend access to your ys999 account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected and cannot be reversed by player request during that period.

All content on the ys999 platform — including but not limited to the ys999 name, logo, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ys999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ys999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the ys999 platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ys999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the ys999 platform.

ys999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the PKR value of that player's real-money balance at the time the liability arose, excluding any bonus funds.

ys999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access. ys999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally possible.

ys999 collects, processes, and stores player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the ys999 Privacy Policy as a binding element of the overall agreement between you and ys999.

Personal data collected during registration and subsequent use of the ys999 platform — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, and transaction history — is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and personalised marketing communications where you have consented to receive them.

ys999 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies only as necessary to operate the ys999 service and meet legal obligations. ys999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the ys999 platform and, where appropriate, via email to the address registered on the player's account.

The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the ys999 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ys999 and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or the ys999 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between you and ys999 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause limits ys999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms where damages would be an inadequate remedy.
